This is NOT one of those programs with information overload and tons of HW so you feel you need to spend months integrating all of the concepts after the program is over.

There will be loads of valuable info delivered (including templates and worksheets) but the program is structured to allow for integration throughout so you walk away with changes and progress forward you want.
